By Lisa Fary – This week, I’m doing some asynchronous training courses through my school’s HR firm. I don’t quite fit into this school’s corporate culture, so I chose to take some online courses on working with difficult people in an attempt to make life easier for all of us. During this, I’ve realized a couple things. First, from a corporate standpoint, I’m a difficult person (I say what I mean and say it concisely). Second, everything I need to know about working in a corporate environment, I learned from Star Wars.
