Etsy Trolling: Halloween

I really do wonder if there are as many people going steampunk for Halloween as there are tiny steampunk top hats for sale on Etsy.

So. Many. Tiny. Top. Hats.

I was expecting more from Etsy when it came to Halloween costume stuff.  Expecting more pretty much sums up my experience with a lot of things, though: Avatar. My teaching career. Dinner.

Here are some things that floated to the top of my disappointment milkshake (which came with my sadness dinner and hopeless for d’oeuvres).

My favorite thing was this gross out choker necklace:

I’m starting to get over steampunk.  Like to where I’m rolling my eyes every time I hear the word.  BUT! I dig this Steampunk Wonder Woman costume. (Notice her full size hat.)
