It’s looking like a pretty dark episode of Smallville this week, with the Vigilante Registration Act in full effect and Green Arrow getting mobbed by people marked with the darkness tattoo.
But, in these preview pics, it’s a party at Watchtower! Champagne! Smiles! Clark on one knee in front of a phone booth!
