"For crying out loud. "
Clearly, Widmore has no knowledge of Stargate Command. They have tons of brilliant scientists who can aim a gun and throw a punch just fine. Of course, most of them would be too busy saving their friends from aliens to go traipsing off to Craphole Island in the first place, so maybe Widmore's people are the ones who couldn't get into the SGC. They are clearly second rate cast offs.
I was hoping there might be some mouth to mouth resuscitation between Jack and Sawyer…my dreams were shattered. How dare you, Lost.
And whoa, major characters "dead" (I put in quotes because they're all alive in the other universe). I was really surprised when Hurley choked out a sob when he found out Sun and Jin didn't make it. I don't think I've ever seen him do that before and it made the scene a lot sadder to me.
Hurley's sob was the only part of that reaction scene that I bought, but it also could have waited until next week.
Come on! Worst death possible. Jin and Sun cared more about some juvenile romantic notion of being together than their child growing up without any parents. Come on!
They are killing off everyone one two at time!
