Her earliest influences are Princess Leia, Rainbow Bright, Astronaut Barbie, and her 6th grade teacher, Ms. Palmer. She’s angry that it’s almost 2010 and she still doesn’t have a hovercraft, but will accept a jetpack as consolation. That jetpack had better be pink with a rhinestone monogram.

I loved the pilot. It took all the hurt away from the end of BSG and gave me hope again! To say I was eagerly awaiting CAPRICA would be an understatement and a half….Thanks for posting these
Having borrowed the DVD version from a friend, I think it has a lot of potential. It's certainly pretty to look at and continues Galactica's tradition of dramatic storytelling. And with my beloved Jane Espenson doing the showrunning on the rest of the season, I'd be very surprised if it wasn't a great ride.
