This is probably more interesting to the writers our there, but I just put up a post on my blog about the differences between the script and the actual aired episode. Here's the link: http://boregenerations.blogspot.com/2009/03/scrip...

I have a feeling that, once Beckett learns how to stifle Castle and he learns how to listen to her, their partnership will become one of equals. And it seems likely that it will be achieved through a succession of event in which he is wrong and she is right. In other words, I really hope you get your wish. It's a fun premise, and Nathan is clearly having a blast.

i am the biggest nathan fillion fan (seriously; i'm in the midst of writing a love letter/tribute to him), and i think tonight's premiere was fun and fast-paced. the father/daughter relationship is really adorable, and the female lead is compelling. (particularly when we found out something bad happened to someone close to her; i thought she delivered that really well.) i just worry that viewers won't see anything original to this show, what with the "bones"-like chemistry between the 2 main leads, the "arrested development"-like saucy mother, and the "murder she wrote" type plots. (and don't get me wrong, all 3 shows are great.) i'm hoping nathan's charm and charisma will be the extra something that win viewers over, because God knows he deserves a successful show already! :)

I've always had a soft spot for TV shows about writers, but Murder She Wrote never did it for me. I think this one might be more up my alley; thanks for writing about it, otherwise I might have missed at least giving it a chance. The name of the show itself is evocative!
