More and more it seems like Nathan is allowed to be a part of Operation Round-up mostly as a source of information that they can otherwise ignore. Nobody obeys his orders except the leave-Claire-alone mandate, which they seem to be stretching to its limit. And... I don't remember if the Puppetmaster is supposed to be dead.
