Sexuality, stereotypes and exploitation are worthy subjects but I get the impression that we will not be seeing any sort of adult discussion about this because, as Joss says, the network is not interested in that. We shall see. I'm still looking forward to it

For the rest – as far as the show's concerned – we'll just have to wait and see. I still think the campaign within itself seems pretty exploitive – and though I am truly glad that Eliza is enjoying it and doesn't feel exploited by it, I think the campaign's meaning & effect goes way beyond just the question of what Eliza's comfortable with or what she's choosing to explore and how she's choosing to do it. Eliza could be having the time of her life posing for photos, and the result can nonetheless represent a limited, sterotypical way of viewing & evaluating women. For me, it's also about the (seemingly) sexist and stale stereotypes this campaign employs, and to what effect. Additionally, it's about what (and how much) the promo campaign ultimately represents the spirit and content of the show. That I won't know until I've been able to see at least a few episodes – and I'm willing to give it some time & benefit of the doubt.
