D’OH! I didn’t know he died! I’m only up to season 6 watching them on DVD!
Then again, when a show has been off the air for 10 years, I guess I can’t really expect to remain spoiler-free…
By the way, Krycek IS hot (and even hotter when speaking Russian), but I’ve always slashed Skinner and Mulder in my head. Skinner is more my type (and there’s this scene where he’s getting out of blood-drenched clothes and he’s in tightie-whities! HOT!), and he and Mulder are always in close proximity in small rooms while swelling, sentimental music plays. Including the end of the newest X-Files movie!
I met Nicholas Lea at an X-Files convention in high school, and he called me sweetie. For some reason, it totally made my week, so he has a special place in my heart.
I also second your assessment of seasons 6 – 9.
I couldn’t read all of your article for fear of movie spoilers, but I look forward to revisiting it post-movie-watchage.

Glad you think Krycek has the sexy. Although I have to say that I’m not toosurprised that Skinner is more your type (especially considering your love for BKV).
The slash possibilities between Skinner and Mulder are totally in abundance, and it was nice to see some slashy goodness in the movie as well. Ah, Skinner. That comeback was totally effing boss.

krycek has to be my favorite character of all time. i absoultly fancied the pants of him. i hate skinner now the big Apaybo. iam glad i read this thingy i always thought i was the only x files fan to like krycek.
