A Christmas Carol is a ghost story, even if it may have a political message against capitalism in it.

Hope I didn't spoil you on that aspect - and that you enjoyed the ep just the same.

Dear Amalthia,

Yeah, bathroom scenes add realism. I'm not saying that they have to be super graphic, but it's nice to know that Sam is human enough to need to throw up once in a while!

Best Regards,

Dear Joan,

Season Two is so chock-a-block with great eps, they can't ALL be in the top five, and if I really had to sit down and choose, I don't think I could. I think this is one of my faves on account of Sammy falling apart like that. Usually he's so with it and connected with his emotions, he's a poster boy for self-actualization. Yet this time around, he comes apart. With flair!

I love the whole gay antiquers issue as well, and you're right, Ackles and Padalecki keep it fresh, each and every time!

I'm glad to hear that your new contacts are working out - I wouldn't want you to miss a second of the boys.

Best Regards,

Dear Pat,

The review for Hunted has been written and is waiting in the vault.
I believe my webmaster has determined that it will be posted to coordinate
with an interview with Rachel Talalay, the director. I'm not sure what the date will
be for that, but it shouldn't be too long now!

Best Regards,

Sylvia

Dear Sylvia

I have new contacts! Yes, you are right...I have to see Dean and Sam clearly.

Anyway, I LOVE this episode. The gay scene was hysterical! I was on the floor laughing. I know it is a running theme, throughout the series, but Jensen and Jared's reactions to it NEVER get old.

The dolls are creepy. Really creepy. The interplay between Sam and Dean is priceless and the drunk Sammy scene is one of the best of the entire series.

I thought it was interesting that Sam was the only adult who saw the ghost girl.

And, I have always thought of this episode as a sleeper. It is one of the those episodes which probably isn't in anyone's top ten list but it has moments which are so authentic and gut wrenching and outright hilarious that it warrants many viewings. This one's a keeper...in my book.
