Lisa Fary's earliest influences are Princess Leia, Rainbow Bright, Astronaut Barbie, and her 6th grade teacher, Ms. Palmer. She's angry that it's 2011 and she still doesn't have a hovercraft, but will accept a jetpack as consolation. That jetpack had better be pink with a rhinestone monogram.

How dare you?! Sweeney Todd was a cinimatic masterpiece with a lovely twist and relate-able characters whereas enchanted was good but predictable and boring… How dare you?!

“Relatable” is subjective, as is “boring”. I didn’t find the characters in Sweeney Todd to be relatable in the slightest. Also, anyone familiar with the stage musical will find Sweeney Todd predictable – although it’s a good film translation, Tim Burton didn’t do anything particularly remarkable with it.

I thought Sweeney Todd was *awful*. I ended up fast forwarding through any of the singing because it was so boring. I love most the actors in the film, but I thought they were wasted in a flick with crappy dialogue, boring songs, and a complete lack of character development. I could care less what happened to any of them.

I have seen Enchanted, so I can’t compare the two…

oops, haven’t seen Enchanted I mean

ARE YOU CRAZY? Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet street was the best movie invented!!! even tho burton didnt have to do anything to it cuz it was already so good… and i dont see how thar was crapy Dialoge, and the singing was awsome!
