Article by Teresa Jusino

TERESA JUSINO was born on the same day that Skylab fell. Coincidence? She doesn't think so. As a writer, her work has appeared in Elmont Life newspaper, and on the sadly defunct website, CentralBooking.com. She is a founding member and editor of The Revolving Door Commune Blog, is currently at work on a collection of short stories, and is writing a web series for Pareidolia Films called The Pack, which is set to debut this fall! As a geek, Teresa loves all Star Trek, Lost, Fringe, comics, and anything Joss Whedon, Brian K. Vaughan, and Neil Gaiman ever touched. She is also an aspiring fangbanger.

I really liked this episode, too. It reminded us that OMGWTFPOLARBEAR moments are great, but there are some quiet, slow burn moments that work just as well.

I thought the episode pointed up more of Jack’s inherent douchebaggery. Sorry, Jaters, but Jack is too self-centered to be in a relationship for long.

However… my biggest gah was this: Dammit, Danielle really IS dead… dammit… I had plans for her.

    Hello convoluted fanfic, LOL.

Heh. I, too, was hoping for more from Danielle. Especially now that she finally had her daughter back. Ah well. There are always flashbacks. Something tells me this isn't the last we'll see of her…certainly not the way dead people seem to reappear on this show! :)
