What better way to get in good with artists than to plaster their work all over the place? For that matter, what better way to get in good with Pink Raygun’s readers than to offer them a bag full of FREE, USELESS, COMIC-RELATED CRAP?!
I have three goodie bags I’m looking to give away to the cleverest of the clever – each of them is filled with knick-knacks and doo-dads picked up at New York Comic Con this year. What do you have to do to win one? Look at the image below, generously contributed by artist, Nathan Fox. Think of a caption for it and send it to me at teresajusino@pinkraygun.com by MAY 16! I will select a top 5 and post them. Then all of you get to vote for your favorite! I will announce the winners by the end of May, and the three best captions each receive a goodie bag!
GRAND PRIZE: a goodie bag with one of EVERYTHING I got at the con, including a Cloverfield cup, a Marvel “Skrull” mask, a MINX girls’ comic sampler, DC Comics buttons, posters, a copy of “Pigeons From Hell” autographed by Nathan Fox, and more!
SECOND PRIZE: a goodie bag with slightly less stuff, but you still get things like the “Skrull” mask, and the copy of Pigeons From Hell
THIRD PRIZE: a goodie bag with the least stuff, but still a lot of the basics – posters, sample comics, etc. Besides, how many fake tattoos do you actually need, right?
So, get creative Pink Raygunners! And you, too, can up the amount of geeky crap that clutters your room!
