Although I might give Cloverfield the edge in bad - what kind of military guy lets civilians out back doors to run around the city, and what kind of idiot tries to escape a teetering high-rise being attacked by a giant alien while still holding a camcorder? Up against drek like that, aliens wanting to have sex seems almost reasonable. Unless the alien in Cloverfield...nah... Right on both movies!
