Battlestar Galactica - Season ThreeTV production is starting again. Pink Raygun is updating the Fate of TV Shows After the Strike with post-strike premiere dates, season lengths, and cancellations.

On March 28th at 10 pm, the SciFi Channel will air two Battlestar Galactica specials: Battlestar Galactica: Revisited, which will fill in viewers on the last three seasons, and Battlestar Galactica: The Phenomenon, which will discuss the show’s remarkable frakkin’ impact on pop culture.

Showtime is developing a half-hour written written by Diablo Cody of Juno fame. The show, “The United States of Tara”, will be about a woman (Toni Collette) with multiple-personality disorder. Jericho - The First Season

Sam Worthington will play the role of Marcus in Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins. Who is Marcus? Reports are vague. According to Variety, he is “a central figure in a three-picture arc that begins after Skynet has destroyed much of humanity in a nuclear holocaust.”

Jericho is maintaining the same ratings that got it canceled last season. Will fans have to go “nuts” again to keep it on the air for a third season, or has CBS learned its lesson?

ABC Family picks up the series Samurai Girl: Heaven, a 19-year-old Japanese girl,
discovers that her adoptive father is the head of the Yakuza (the Japanese mafia). She leaves her family and begins samurai training in order to take down her father’s evil empire.

Star Trek is delayed. The movie is set to release May 8, 2009 instead of Christmas this year.

Writing begins on Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse. Eliza Dushku will star in this suspense drama series.

Borders unveils first “concept store.  Along with a new look, the store will have an interactive element,  allowing shoppers to create mix CDs, publish books, explore their family history, and make photo albums.
