Yes, we know that this came out a few weeks ago, but Amazon has it on sale now for 30% off of it’s list price of $99.98.

We’ve never seen the movie look this good, and a film that has been so influential in the way most science fiction movies that came after it depict the future deserves this treatment. Actually, Lisa and I noted during our recent viewing that shows like the new Battlestar Galactica owe a HUGE debt to Blade Runner, and to Ridley Scott.

This release is so well put together, that it earned Lisa’s Top DVD pick of 2007, just behind Flash Gordon: Savior of the Universe Edition.
