Presidential Geek Survey Diary – Day 160

The Political Mistress voting block officially has a candidate to believe in and love while they’re spending Christmas alone (he swears it’s the last one – he really will leave his wife after the holidays this time). Rudy Giuliani has assured his future presidential mistress – whoever the lucky lady may be – that’s she’ll have her own security detail.

This morning on Meet the Press, Tim Russert asked Rudes if it would be “appropriate for a president to provide police protection for a mistress.” The former mayor of New York City (did you know he was the mayor during 9/11?) said it would if someone had issued threats of harm.

Rudes didn’t specify if a security detail would still be appropriate if the threats came from his wife.

Rudes, can’t geeks get a micron of the respect you give home wreckers? Respond to the Geek Survey, Rudes.
