Halloween Pumpkin Carving Templates – Free Downloads

I plan these awesome pumpkin carvings I want to do every Halloween and every year I wind up cutting out the same lopsided triangle eyes and gaping toothless mouth because I have no artistic skills with which to draw anything more complicated on my pumpkin. This year, John created pumpkin carving templates so we can have the casts of Heroes and Firefly staring back at us from the porch in flaming pumpkin awesomeness.

It would be selfish to keep them to ourselves, so we’ve posted them here for free download. We will continue posting new templates throughout the month, and will include more Heroes, Battlestar Galactica, and the creatures from Pan’s Labyrinth. Have another character you want to see on a pumpkin? Post it in the comments and we’ll try to make a template.

Click the images below to go to each template’s download page. We’ve also got a selection of templates from Pan’s Labyrinth available. And the principal crew of the Enterprise in our Star Trek: The Original Series set.

Lisa Fary's earliest influences are Princess Leia, Rainbow Bright, Astronaut Barbie, and her 6th grade teacher, Ms. Palmer. She's angry that it's 2011 and she still doesn't have a hovercraft, but will accept a jetpack as consolation. That jetpack had better be pink with a rhinestone monogram.
