Presidential Geek Survey Diary – Day 29

Rudy GiulianiAccording to Rudy Giuliani, less government and lower taxes are “what makes America great, not this nanny government that Democrats want to give us, where government controls your entire life.”

It sounds like Rudy doesn’t know the meaning of the word “nanny”. Nannies don’t control – they nurture. They rear children so they can grow into responible tax payers who, hopefully, won’t need too much medication.

A nanny is also a female goat.

After hearing the details
of Giuliani’s healthcare plan, I’m convinced that he’s not interested in nurturing America. His healthcare plan shows that he prefers to rear America the Spartan way – by throwing us into the wild and seeing if we survive.

Rudes, you’re not
making much sense. It sounds like you could use a short break. I suggest responding to the Pink Raygun Geek Survey. You’ll have some refreshing fun for a few minutes, and then you can get back to that campaign grindstone.

Lisa Fary's earliest influences are Princess Leia, Rainbow Bright, Astronaut Barbie, and her 6th grade teacher, Ms. Palmer. She's angry that it's 2011 and she still doesn't have a hovercraft, but will accept a jetpack as consolation. That jetpack had better be pink with a rhinestone monogram.
